Dec 2, 2024 · I have no history with CTC and Cycling UK. I joined Cycling UK a few years ago for the insurance benefits and I like their efforts to broaden the appeal of cycling. However I find the magazine dull. For me the age of the magazine, any magazine, is long past. Maybe CUK needs to make a takeover bid for an established Cycling forum.
Dec 9, 2024 · I was a CTC member, but never a Cycling UK member. No record of the CTC membership held by Cycling UK. There's every chance there's others in a similar situation. *Way less than 10% of the value of the bike, recently serviced with the entire drivetrain being replaced at the end of the previous month.

Jan 18, 2012 · I plan to use the CTC 'fast' route from Lands End to Exeter, but will then need to devise my own route from Exeter to London. If anyone has any experience or thoughts on good routes, please let me know.
